* Item Condition: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
* Non-Returnable Items: Certain types of perishable or personalized items cannot be returned.
* Refund Process: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, an automatic refund will be processed to your original method of payment within a few business days.
* Shipping Costs: Original shipping costs are non-refundable, and the customer is responsible for covering the return shipping costs unless the item arrived defective or damaged.
